Franke Albrecht, President, CPC, founded Albrecht & Associates in 1993. Franke specializes in the placement of doctoral level candidates in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industries. She focuses primarily on Medical Director positions and Drug Development including Clinical and Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing. Her background in educational training and development gives her a strong basis for managing her team of search consultants.

Franke has led the office through twelve years of exceptional growth. Albrecht & Associates has consistently ranked in the top twenty-five percent of a network of 1000 search firms each year since 1995.

Franke has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Hawaii and is a Certified Personnel Consultant through the National Association of Personnel Services. Her dedication to continuing professional and personal education provides a solid knowledge base for her dynamic team of consultants.
